Why did I get an email alert saying that CloudSponge accessed my account?

If you received a notice from your email service provider, you likely used CloudSponge to access your contacts with one of our customers. Please rest assured that we do not store, use, or distribute your address book contents in any way other than to provide the service to our customers. We are a US-based company that takes fraud and privacy very seriously.

You can remove access to your Google account with these easy steps:


1. Once signed in to your Google Account, click your profile and manage your Google.


2. Click your profile icon, and then click on “Manage your Google Account.”

2. On the left-hand side of your profile menu, click on Data & Privacy.





3. Scroll down to “Apps and services.”


4. Click on “Third-party app with account access” and click the blue remove access.



You can remove access to your Microsoft account with these easy steps:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.


2. Go to “Privacy” from your account and scroll down to “Apps and Services.”





3. Select the app you want to remove from your account.



4. Click “Remove these permissions.”



To remove access to your AOL account, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your AOL account.



2. Go to your profile and click on “Account Info.”



3. On the left-hand side, click “Recent Activity” and scroll down to “Connected apps.”



4. Click on “Details” and then “Remove Access.”



5. Lastly, click the blue button to disconnect. You can refresh your page to verify that it disconnected.
