What account should I use to sign-in for Microsoft OAuth in the Azure portal?

We've learned that Microsoft is as finicky about what the login you use for your OAuth project as our children are with vegetables.

It's best to use one of the following:
  1. A Office365 hosted login.
  2. A non-Office365 hosted login.
  3. A personal @outlook.com (or hotmail et al) login.

Fyi, Microsoft is not a fan of Gmail accounts...go figure.
