Better Sharing automatically creates a sharing block and email template that can be further customized.
The email template, located in Better Sharing » Email Templates, can be edited to accomodate custom messaging and has a set variables that are populated from the IgnitionDeck integration automatically.
Variables:
- {{ greeting }} — outputs recipient's name* or "there", if unavailable
- {{ email_message }} — default message** goes here
- {{ sender_first_name }} — outputs sender's first name (WP user "first_name") or "your friend", if unavailable
- {{ sender_custom_message }} — outputs sender's custom message
- {{ referral_link }} — outputs the referral link
