The Contact Picker may display an error message to end-users.

This error appears when there is an issue with your CloudSponge configuration or your CloudSponge account.


You may be seeing this error because your configuration suffers one or more of the following deficiencies.

  • You may be using an invalid CloudSponge Key on this page.

Please confirm that your CloudSponge key matches the project you created in your CloudSponge account.


  • You may have forgotten to add your site to your list of approved sites.

Please ensure that your site appears in your CloudSponge project.


  • Your CloudSponge account may not be in good standing.

Please ensure that your subscription and billing information are current.


  • Your site may not be a pre-approved development-only domain.

Please confirm that your CloudSponge key matches the project you created in your CloudSponge account.


  • Your site may be blocked from using the CloudSponge Contact Picker.
